Returns & Refund Policy

• We offer Free Shipping Anywhere in India, if the order value is Rs. 699.
• At the Organic Story we strive to give you the best shopping experience. However considering opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold.
• The Organic Story is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

• Returns and exchanges will be subject to checking and vetting by The Organic Story.
• The Organic Story will not be responsible for damages due to negligence, improper usage or wrong application.
• Returns / Refund request once accepted, the process will be completed with 7-working days.
• We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
• the item may be damaged during transit
• or there might be a manufacturing defect
• or that a wrong item is delivered to you
• In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
