• Free Shipping Anywhere in India: At The Organic Story, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept exchanges or returns of opened or used products once sold.

  Responsibility After Delivery: The Organic Story holds no responsibility for any damage caused after delivery.

  Quality Issues and Exchanges: In the event of any quality issues with the product, we will happily exchange it. Simply give us a call or send an email within 24 hours of delivery.   Returns and Exchanges Procedure: Returns and exchanges will be subject to inspection and approval by The Organic Story. We will not be responsible for damages due to negligence, improper usage, or wrong application. Once a returns/refund request is accepted, the process will be completed within 7-15 working days.

  Perfect Condition Assurance: We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • The item may be damaged during transit,
  • There might be a manufacturing defect, or
  • A wrong item is delivered to you.

  In such cases as mentioned above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

  Shipping Information: Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Nashik by our reputed logistic partners. All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays), and you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days.
